4. Down for the Count (Meta 1)
Hello, puzzlers! One year ago, I had no idea what a meta even was - and so here's my first attempt at one! The answer to this meta is a place. Why isn't there a "Solution" button so I can check my answers? Also, there's a typo on 28A, it should read "Synonym for 40A".
